What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you require special arrangements.

Do you offer airport shuttle service?

Yes, we offer airport shuttle service for all our locations. This service can be arranged at the time of booking or by contacting our concierge team. Charges apply based on distance and vehicle type.

Is WiFi available throughout the hotel?

Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout all our properties, including guest rooms, public areas, conference facilities, and outdoor spaces. Business center with additional connectivity options is also available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Special rates and packages may have different cancellation policies.

Do you have parking facilities?

Yes, complimentary free parking is available for all guests at all our locations. We also have secure covered parking areas with 24/7 security surveillance.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

We currently do not allow pets at our properties, with the exception of certified service animals. Please contact us in advance if you're traveling with a service animal so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Breakfast inclusion depends on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Some packages include complimentary breakfast, while others offer it as an add-on. Please check your booking confirmation or contact us for details about your specific reservation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. Payment is required at check-in or can be processed in advance. Corporate accounts and payment plans can be arranged for business clients.

Do you offer laundry services?

Yes, we offer comprehensive laundry and dry-cleaning services. Same-day service is available for items received before 10:00 AM. Express service is also available for an additional fee.
